Renegade Craft Fair

If you happen to be somewhere around the Williamsburg, Brooklyn area on June 5th or 6th, you should definitely check out the Renegade Craft Fair. It’s held from 11AM – 7PM in McCarren Park.

The Renegade Craft Fair is a craft, art, design, and DIY spectacular that will feature over 300 of the most talented indie-crafters from all over the nation, as well as free workshops, entertainment and other features.

Also, author and crafting maven Lotta Jansdotter will be there, leading interactive workshops in the Rowenta booth. If you’re not familiar with Lotta, then definitely check out her website. Well known for her minimalist designs inspired by nature, her creations are simply soothing…and very cute! I love this tote and these little baby shoes are just too darn adorable.

The fair is free, which is awesome. There are a bunch of Make and Take projects, and they have other events in other cities, so definitely check out the site for more information.

Let us know if you’ll be attending one of the shows, or if you have attended in the past. We’d love to hear about it.

    • Hi Lana!

I agree–it’s definitely not a hop, skip and a jump for most, but it will certainly be a creative experience for anyone who is lucky enough to go!
