Back by popular demand, is our “What is it?” Wednesday Game! (crowd cheers loudly and claps enthusiastically) You know the drill, friends, leave your guess as to what the item in this photo is by posting a comment below and we will share all of the guesses and the full photo of the object on Friday.
But wait— there’s more! To make our game’s return even more fun (as if that’s possible) we will be awarding one lucky guesser this prize:
The best part of this giveaway is that you do not have to have a correct guess to win. Noelle and I will randomly select one winner (no matter how ridiculous your guess is)! This book American Folk Art Quilts by Maggi McCormick Gordon, published by Trafalgar Square Books, shares over 30 outstanding examples of historic American folk art quilts (the ones we drool over) specially chosen from the Wisconsin State Historical Society collection. In addition to the lovely quilts, there are patterns, step-by-step instructions, templates, and more to guide you in creating your own modern version of a classic quilt. Ready, set…. guess!
