“What is it?” Wednesday #19

We are offering up a bunch of clues this week! Today our “What is it?” puzzle is something unusual, and we don’t want you to be completely baffled (even though you will be), so we are going to give you a couple of hints to assist in your guessing.

This item is (of course) vintage. We believe it was manufactured between 1920 and 1930. This item was used in the kitchen. And, this is our favorite clue: we have never seen one before we bought it last weekend at a yard sale for 10 cents!

Be brave and leave your guess for us to post on Friday. Perhaps there might be a prize for a lucky guesser this week (wink, wink).  Please come back to visit us on Friday for the identity of this mysterious kitchen item!

  1. My guess is it’s a vintage can opener 🙂 🙂 I was tempted to search vintage kitchen item and did NOT…so that’s my guess …a vintage can opener 🙂 🙂 Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather 🙂

  2. ok ok i’ll get it over. it looks like a vintage “beater” or mixer. it can’t be that easy, but just in case it is.
