  1. Got mine today, only thing in the mailbox, thats fine with me. It’s a great issue so far, haven’t had time to read it all, but did happen on the article about Native American jewelry. The jewelry is great but I was surprised to see the turquoise bowl some of it was displayed on. I have one like this, have had it for many years. When I got it, don’t know where, it had a unit on top to use as a steamer. You put the water in the bottom, fill thru the hole, plug it in and make steam. I threw the steamer part away, but kept the base, it’s huge and heavy. I have it in my dining area under a cupboard, not using, but not willing to get rid of it, I love the color. I see now, I could use it for a planter or even for succulent plants, will have to give it a new life. Thanks for reminding me of it.

    • Thanks for sharing your comments — what great information you shared. We will have to check with Jane to see if she had the other piece to the bowl, too!
