Meow Yarn Collection

At Create & Decorate, we are such animal lovers. We were so excited to learn about a collection of hand-dyed yarns based on the unique and beautiful colors of cats.

We are pleased to share the information about Ancient Arts Fibre Crafts, proudly presenting their  Meow Yarn Collection!

Brown Tabby

Ancient Arts has partnered with the Meow Foundation in Canada and Best Friends Animal Society in the USA. For every skein of yarn that is sold from this collection, Ancient Arts will make a donation to benefit stray and abandoned cats in need. In the USA, donations are made to Best Friends Animal Society, and in Canada and internationally, donations are made to The Meow Foundation. You can be a part of this effort by purchasing yarn, and by learning more about the Meow Foundation and Best Friends and the important work they do in our communities.

Check out the beautifully colored yarns that reflect the fur on these kitties:

“what is it?” 163 – the answer

Happy Friday, and welcome back for the big reveal!

Thanks for playing along with us this week. As many of you guessed, to be very specific, this week’s puzzle piece is from a vintage Kodak folding Hawkeye (model B) camera. What a beauty! Just imagine what this lens has captured over the years…

This week’s guesses are shown on the original “what is it?” Wednesday post.

Come back to play again next Wednesday!

“what is it?”#162—the answer

Happy Friday!

Welcome back to the ‘big reveal’. (And thanks for playing!)

Yupperoonie… this week’s puzzle piece originated from ice tongs! As if the ice block wasn’t heavy enough, one was expected to hoist this baby up as well.

See you next Wednesday for another round of our game!
