Old scissors that are joined at the back rather than hinged. I think for sheep shearing, but not sure if they were made for anything else.

My oh my…you are just getting too tricky for me. If ever in my lifetime I knew what this is, I just don’t know anymore, because I’m just too old, and I believe I forgot. This is another tough one..for me anyway…
